Confirm the organisation, the current vacancy, the list of documents and the place of submission immediately before applying.
Five questions for the receiving organisation
For which position and in which agency is selection being carried out?
What education, training and experience are required?
Who accepts documents and where is the current list published?
Which selection stages must be passed and how are their results communicated?
Which terms and obligations are fixed in the contract?
Write down the answers and the references to documents – so as not to rely on recollection.
What to say about yourself
For a preliminary conversation it is enough to set out the direction you are interested in, your education and your existing professional experience. Leave the submission of certificates, medical documents and other personal material to the official procedure.
Do not send a package of documents to an address from a forwarded message until you have compared it with the current official contact.
How a first conversation should end
You should understand whether a suitable selection is under way, who accepts documents and what to do as the next step. If you are given only a general description of service, that is not an answer about a specific vacancy.
Do not take a promise of employment as the outcome of a selection. Compliance with the requirements and the official processing are established in the provided procedure.
Continuing preparation
What is important to keep in mind
This is preparation for a conversation with an official representative, not a candidate questionnaire and not confirmation of a vacancy.

Limits
The material prepares you for a conversation with an official representative and does not confirm a vacancy or the outcome of selection.
