Report an error
The editorial team only corrects website copy. Official review and emergency help have separate channels.
What to include in the message
The address of the QAZ.ARMY page, the sentence you consider incorrect and a short explanation. If there is an official document or publication, include the link and the place where the necessary information appears.
For a broken link, write where it should lead and what happens when it is opened. For a translation error, include the language of the page and, where available, the original sentence.
Message template
Subject: «QAZ.ARMY – error on a page».
«On the page [page address], in the section [section title], it says: «[sentence]». In the official source [link and clause], different information is given. I ask you to verify the statement.»
This is a template for a message about an error on the website, not the form of an official complaint.
What not to send
Do not send certificates, medical conclusions, service documents, unit numbers, addresses or information about other people. To correct public copy, a link and a description of the error are usually sufficient.
A reader's message does not by itself become published material. It does not replace editorial verification.
Writing to the editorial team
The link opens a mail application. You must send the message yourself. QAZ.ARMY does not set a response time here and does not confirm receipt until a message has actually arrived.
If a personal situation needs to be resolved
For an official review of a matter, use the state channel that matches the substance of the application. If there is a threat to life – 103 or 112, not a letter to the editorial team.
What is important to keep in mind
This contact is for correcting website copy, not for complaining about officials, searching for a person or obtaining emergency help.
Official sources
- eGov: «About Kazakhstan», section «Useful telephone numbers in Kazakhstan» – Confirms that 102 is the police, 103 is emergency medical care and 112 is the single emergency duty and dispatch service.
- eOtinish: official applications to state bodies – A channel for applications; the portal itself does not determine the body, the competence or the proper procedural form.
