You have received a notice

The notice's issuing organisation, requirements, date, place and contact method are the details to check. Unclear or conflicting information can be clarified through the official contact of the body responsible for defence affairs.

A screenshot in a chat alone cannot confirm a notice's authenticity. A full copy may contain personal data. The original notice and any explanations allow the details to be compared with the official channel.

You have a question about registration data

Formulate exactly what needs to be clarified: what data is shown in the state system, whether it matches your documents and where to apply to correct it. Do not ask intermediaries to check information through informal databases.

If the official service does not show the expected result, that does not by itself explain the reason. Contact the service provider indicated and keep the answer.

There are circumstances that need to be taken into account

Do not limit yourself to reporting an important circumstance verbally. Clarify how the confirming documents should be submitted and which decision is provided for in your situation.

Deferment and exemption are individual matters. The existence of a document does not mean that a decision has been taken on it.
