Establish which ground to check
Describe your situation without a ready-made legal conclusion: what circumstance exists, from what date and which documents confirm it. Then compare it with the current ground in the law and with the requirements of the relevant procedure.
If the matter concerns health, a medical document and a decision on fitness perform different functions. Do not derive a fitness category from the name of a diagnosis on your own.
