Look at the source beside the claim, the date, the organisational scope, the limitation on applicability and the official next step.
A source must confirm a specific statement
A law can establish a right and the terms of its application. Regulations can describe a procedure. The card of a state service can explain how to submit and what the outcome is. A news item can confirm the content of a report about an event.
These sources do not replace one another. News about an intake does not establish all the grounds for admission, and an agency page does not confirm every rule about the rights of a service member.
What the dates mean
Published – when the material appeared on the website.
Copy updated – when a new revision of the text was issued.
Sources checked – when the information in this revision was compared with the sources indicated.
A check date does not guarantee that a source will no longer change. The deadline of an intake, a price or the terms of a service relate to a stated period and require attention before you act.
Check whom an answer applies to
Look at the agency, the category of reader and the situation described. The procedure for a service member of the Armed Forces may differ from that of another formation; material intended for a candidate does not always apply to someone already serving.
If your situation falls outside the stated scope, do not transfer the conclusion automatically. Use the official channel for your own question.
What a statement on the site does not confirm
The words «there are grounds to apply» do not mean that a decision has been taken in your favour. The existence of a diagnosis is not equal to an assigned fitness category. A description of a guarantee does not confirm an individual payment.
Where documents and a decision of an authorised body are needed, the reference helps to prepare, but it does not replace the review.
If a source changes or an error is found
Tell the editorial team the address of the material, the inaccurate sentence and the official source. Your personal documents or the details of your service circumstances are not needed for this.
What is important to keep in mind
Verifying a source does not turn a general explanation into a decision on an individual situation.
Official sources
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Defence and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Concepts and the distinction between the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations.
Limits
The material explains how to read a checked explanation and does not replace a decision in an individual case.
